Description
It’s intricate, mathematical pattern makes it a ‘fractal’ vegetable and it’s part of the brassica famiily including cabbage, kale, and cauliflower and has a flavor similar to broccoli. Romanesco’s funky, fun appearance has been known to incentivise even the pickiest of eaters to eat their veggies, but we find that everyone, from kids to adults, loves romanesco.
